Ofsted Inspection
We are delighted to inform you
that the school was inspected by Ofsted during
the 9th
and 10th
May 2011 and the result
was that Holmesdale Technology College is judged
to be
"A GOOD SCHOOL".
The inspection team recognised the ongoing
improvements and direction the school has;
"Holmesdale Technology College is a good school
on an upward journey of improvement."
They felt students respond well to their
lessons;
"...achievement is good and accelerating rapidly
and securely."...."inspectors observed some
outstanding teaching..."
And that behaviour was good;
"The students’ positive relationships with their
teachers and their peers are demonstrated by
their good behaviour around the school..."
