Key Stage 3 Hospitality and Catering Curriculum Intent
Within the curriculum of Technologies (Food and Design Technology) ambitions of creating well rounded students that are confident in approaching everyday tasks is paramount. Elements of functional skills are combined with problem solving to challenge students to discover an independent personality. When students leave, we believe they should be able to approach challenges with confidence and without fear and see challenge as opportunity.
